Located in a natural environment, Sierras de Burete, Lavia and Cambrón, in the valley called Hoya de los Hermanos in Cehegín (Murcia), at an altitude of over 800 meters, at the foot of the north face of the Sierra de Lavia. Organic viticulture. Monastrell, Garnacha, and Syrah plots located in Hoya de los Hermanos.

Limestone composition and clay-loam texture, which allows for longer maturation to obtain a greater polyphenol load and polymerization, providing good structure to the wine.

Mediterranean with mild winters and warm summers. Low rainfall. The mountain ranges surrounding this valley create a particular microclimate, protecting the vineyard from frost and strong winds.

Add freshness, with mild winter and not very hot summer.

Third week of September 2022. Manual harvesting in 16kg boxes.

Plot vinified in a 5,000L stainless steel tank. Table selection. Destemming and crushing of soft grapes. Wines of minimum intervention. Not stabilized or clarified. Cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance aromatic and gustatory complexity, as well as color. Low temperature fermentation with gentle pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

2 months in French and American oak barrels of 225 L.
