The hallmark that certifies the quality of our wines is the presence of small crystals of potassium bitartrate, a natural salt in wine. We work with the minimal intervention both in the vineyard and the winery to preserve the essence of this unique terroir.

H a r v e s t

Both fieldwork and harvesting are carried out in the most respectful manner towards the vineyard and the environment. The grapes are handpicked into small containers, to transport them to the winery, located just a few meters away from the vineyard, where, after a careful selection, they undergo the winemaking process.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once this process is completed, the wine rests and reaches maturity in oak barrels.
